Welcome to Livingsajilo! By using our online room rental platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. You should accept our terms and conditions to further use the platform.

User Agreement

1.1. By using Livingsajilo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Listing and Verification

2.1. Any individual or entity may submit vacant spaces for listing on Livingsajilo. However, the submission of a listing does not guarantee its inclusion on our platform.

2.2. Livingsajilo reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of each listing before it is published on our website and promoted on social media platforms.

Room Promotion

3.1. Once a listing is verified, Livingsajilo may promote it on various social media platforms and marketing channels to attract potential tenants.

3.2. The promotion of listings is done at Livingsajilo’s discretion, and we do not guarantee the number of leads or inquiries a listing will receive.

Tenant Dealings and Transactions

4.1. Livingsajilo acts as an intermediary between the tenant and landlord. We facilitate contact between parties, but any negotiations, agreements, or transactions are exclusively between the tenant and landlord.

4.2. Livingsajilo does not have any control over the quality, safety, or suitability of the listed properties, and we do not endorse or guarantee any specific listings.The tenant/customer should ensure these factors by themselves before the settlement.

4.3.Livingsajilo does not decide the rent/price of the properties and listings.the tenant/customer should directly deal with the landlord/service providerss regarding price.

Handling Fee and Payments

5.1. Upon the successful deal between the tenant and lister facilitated by Livingsajilo, the tenant shall pay a handling fee to our company for our services.

5.2. The handling fee amount will be will be informed to the client after booking.. The tenant shall be informed of any fee changes before proceeding with the transaction.

5.3. Livingsajilo will share a portion of the handling fee with the lister as a reward for their successful listing.

Listing Fee

6.1. Livingsajilo may charge a listing fee to to some properties for verification and potential listing on our platform. The listing fee will be specified on our website.

Prohibited Activities

7.1. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on our platform.

7.2. Users shall not misrepresent any information, including property details, pricing, or ownership.

7.3 Users can report any misconducts directly by contacting via mail,phone or social media.

Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and videos on Livingsajilo, is the property of our company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2. Users shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written permission from Livingsajilo.

Termination

9.1. Livingsajilo reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at our discretion for violating these terms or engaging in any fraudulent or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

10.1. Livingsajilo provides its services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on our platform.

10.2. Livingsajilo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
